Samantha Hollinger strives to continue the family legacy at the Manhattan-based company, RD International. Helmed by her grandfather for 40 years, the company became a family affair when her father came on board. With the help of overseas manufacturing partners—some of whom have been used since the brand's inception—Hollinger sees a future brimming with opportunities for success.
